这款子五棋应用运行于iPad中，支持iOS 5以上操作系统。像其它五子棋应用一样，它支持无限次恢棋，可以自由分配电脑选手，能够双人对弈。游戏规则方面，这款应用不支持禁手、交换等复杂规则。
这款五子棋应用具有落子过程动画展示，落子、输赢声音提示等特性，其电脑棋力也相当不错。本应用操作一切从简，点按右下角的小 “i” 字样可以显示设置界面，完成设定后只需要点按落子，即可游戏。新开一局可以用双指张开（放大）的手势来完成。
